Can be used to make Runewords:
2/20/30 is perfect on those 3 ! With 2 is it would be super valuable.
FRes roll is ok too.
Though sorcs prefer Griffon, Nightwing or Flickering, this definitely has value - but may take time to sell. Would still bet on Jah+

This is pretty good for a 200 fcr PvP Fireball sorc. You can't hit 200 with Flickering Flame and frw is desired in PvP for sidestepping, too.
It would be better with 2os or 3 tree skills but still trade worthy.

Don't Larzuk it @Slayerr_SS it will just give one socket - 2 is only possible for magic ones, not rare

@Necrarch Unfortunately i did socket it, dropped one socket, made my whole day go to shit.

Don't feel bad, the socket in it will make it slightly more valuable.

No, the socket is indeed 1/3 of Jah.
But getting 2-3 Jah for that Circlet is completely possible without the socket for a dual element sorc
