how to choose between

Thunderstroke / titan / blue jav

play scenario : 1p a5

Baal

My current skill setup is focus on thunder Fury and use charged to kill

Baal, I kind of feel it is a little bit overkill...

I just realize amazon need ED much more than max-min...

Does anyone have good idea about optimal setup for a5

Javelin? skill/ weapon

I run

Thunderstroke and titan a couple of times and I cant see difference in 1p a5

Baal.

I havent try with Infinity and cracked heaven. If I see light immune, I avoid it and move on.
Not sure about these two...

Generally speaking,

Lightning Fury amazon is just one of the top Builds of the game

The most common setup for farm is with

Titan's Revenge (increased stack and replenish stack are very good Quality of Life improvements)

Thunderstroke is generally for Ubers/

Diablo Clone (but in the end I always forget to change weapon and use

Titan's Revenge anyway... and it can do the job )
As

Charged Strike with

Titan's Revenge is already powerful enough, you generally use Call To Arms + Spirit on swap instead of keep

Thunderstroke on swap for Bosses.

In theory a blue

Matriarchal Javelin with 6 java sk and 40 ias is the BIS weapon, but never saw one (for real or on the site...)

As soon as you can, add

Razortail, Infinity and

Crack of the Heavens.

If mana starts to be an issue, try

Silkweave or Phoenix (my personal choice)

I kind of feel very different between I play amaon and sorc. Sroc very fear soul, can instant Death if get hit by 10 soul. amazon just walk throuth. It might be my equipment setup.

I was in sorc mind to play this, + mana and +mana. This char was my brother's char, I am kind of new to play. (Spirit shield) probably going to try nix and Infinity later.

how do you distribute att points? half str half dex?
oh there is maxroll...I am going to check it..
I am playing at 900 hp in a5.

att points:
- str: enough to equip
- dex: enough to 51% block (some users prefer just enough for equipment...). If go this route, remember that your block chance goes down a little each time you level up... (need to spend 1-2 point to recover previous block chance on each level up...)
- vit: rest

Looks like I need some adjustment, it is useful.

I dont have optimal ias, some ias but maybe very low.. 57% block 42-43 skill ,half forzen amulet.

I find

Decoy useful compare to the time I play sorc. I am probably stay with

Thundergod's Vigor a while to anti Black soul. Not sure how to play amazon but play like light sorc a while...

I am going to try some setup...looks like 35- 36 skill is enough...

Helm for a budget javazon, or someone who is testing one out.

I usually play sorc but tried with instant Death Black soul.
So far, it is very interesting, that Wisdom looks good, will try it later, I think 1p probably there is damage overflow. Not quite sure, I am very new to amazon .

Pierce is good in 8p cow.

Tried both Strike (Infinity + sunder or thunder +

Monarch with 4 lite facet) and Fury build, IMO Strike is better as I can use it to farm as well as Uber, Fury is struggle with

Über Izual and

Lilith consuming Full Rej potion alot more than Strike, used to run 50 Uber with 20 Full Rej.
Bow is not ideal to farm

Baal, taking longer time to kill

Baal due to his high defense, i think bow is for PvP.

I'm assuming your merc is using Insight and you are using Spirit shield? If you end up liking javazon the natural gear progression is you'll replace Spirit with Phoenix shield (for lots of mana and life) and Insight with Infinity. Javazon is a very fun build.
For mine I don't use Enigma. I have lots of runwalk SCs and will swap between Treachery and CoH depending on the leveling I'm playing.

I dont know what to setup merc, I pick a5 bar to tank in front. Lawbringer + az-

Sol. I was thinking to make it more tank. ( will try Infinity later, it is in my sorc build)

My amazon is switch between engima or CoH.

It feel different compare to sorc,walk sometimes interesting. When play sorc, I directly go into

Baal room. This jav, I feel fun to play in middle kill small things. Probably small adjustment to kill

Baal more smoothly...

It's possible de manage your mana with an ethereal titan with mana leach on a ring and gloves without the need of Phoenix.
With a good placement, your jav will

Pierce many targets and leeching mana for each of them.
That's how I'm playing it with Spirit and its +2 all skills.

For sure, Phoenix makes that build easier to play, but that's not mandatory.

Raven Frost is really a must go.

You do a little more Physical Damage, and so, a little more life/mana is stolen
On the kill speed, makes no much difference... your Lightning Damage is way way higher.
And remember that only the main target suffer your "attack Damage" which include the Physical part, the "explosion bolts" only do the

Very little of the javazon's damage is physical damage. Its mostly lightning elemental, which is why a Light Facet in Griff is BiS and also why Infinity on A2 merc is so powerful. The ED jewel would help your mana leeching, if that is the route you want to go.

The gosu gloves are

Caster Gloves with 20 IAS, +2 jav and mana leech.

Caster Gloves will grant your a +1-3 mana for after each kill.

Problem is price hurts ~~"

For testing, use the sorc Infinity I think it works, but if you plan to crack Uber best to find a

Maiden Spear with 3 SK.
Might aura does not help much because your main source of damage is lightning not physical. The little help from might is to boost the physical dmg hence ML/LL.

bloodfists...
