So completed quest but lost staff.. Anyone got one or wanna go for a rush (a1-2 norm)?

So completed quest but lost staff.. Anyone got one or wanna go for a rush (a1-2 norm)?
Don't know if your case will work the same as mine...
But I lost Book of Skill once (Act 2 quest 1) - in a multiplayers game, and the quest was kept as "not finished"
I create some new games and killed Radament, but no Book of Skill...
I continue Act 2 doing the other quests and in one game I notice that Quest 1 message changed (can't remember the text before and after, just that it was different from previous games), so I tried to kill Radament one more time, and the Book of Skill dropped
