The usual builds are

Tornado

Hurricane druid or

Fissure druid with (

Fissure,

Firestorm,

Volcano,

Molten Boulder and

Armageddon).
For the first you want +3

Tornado and +1-3 in

Hurricane as well as +2 druid skills or a white pelt so you can make Delirium.
For the latter +3

Fissure and some points to one or two other fire skills are preferred. But for fire there's also Flickering Flame and

Ravenlore.
A mix of

Tornado and

Volcano isn't very useful because you have not enough skill points for both (with synergies).
