It is HR.
That is my first D2r HR then I believe. One that I have found myself. That is epic. Though never found this rune on D2 original either so its pretty great drop imo.
Generally anything Vex or higher is considered a high rune since Vex is the lowest rune that cannot drop from hellforge. Though the term isn't set in Stone, that is how I see it used the most

Oh you lucky duck. I wanted to go there as its easy to kill the enemies, but there are so many electric bugs I had to give up. It takes too long to kill them and they pile up so much it gets dangerous to move around XD
wish I had Enigma again, so far looking bad and might not get one this season.

I was doing full clear outs of areas with my blizzard/Fireball sorceress, on P7, looking for socketables. While in The Arcane Sanctuary I opened a chest and an Ohm rune dropped. I have been having good luck with high runes lately.
Its by the way very unfair how easily players can get drops when you have 2 or more people. Playing alone is ridiculous scam. I spent two days farming CS and nothing came out of it, absolutely nothing. Third day 2nd player joins in and instantly drops Sur and what ever other good stuff.
Either my character is 100% placed into some list where my drops are being prevented or lowered chances to minimum or only using 1 player simply put is unplayable for casual players unless you play offline to cheat with /players command.
BUT at the same time, playing in public games is basically pointless because 99% players use autopickers. Ive witnessed people picking up by hand high rune drop from below me in 0,1 second. The moment my eyes saw it; it disappeared already and nobody was even close but me. (No sorcs for telegrab either in this case)

Thats just bad luck. Believe me, every d2r player experiences this, just dont get frustrated. On the other hand, its a honest kind of luck in opposition to today's games manipulated drops thru lootboxes et al.
Second player only increases chance to drop at all. And CS is not the optimal place for solofarm imo except you are around 90 where xp there is great even P1. Go Travincal and hork

I don't use "autopickers" and still managed to pick HR in public games (20 years of d2 muscle Memory, tho). If u rly want more players for solofarm, do games like "i tz u mf-1". But i agree, that d2rs item-pickup-system in public games is toxic. I wished, d2r had brought us something more WoW like, where everyone gets their own drops or theres a time restriction before other players can pick ur drops.

I got them both in Chaos Sanctuary. I cant run pindle or any other than travi and cs really with FOH but its so fast to run Chaos Sanctuary its actually fun to run through constantly.
