Can be used to make Runewords:
IMHO without faster cast rate or 2 sockets no value. I would prefer Harlequin Crest over this.
Unfortunately, I have to agree with Atari.
I usually offer those items as "Baby Shako"s (e.g trade/pala-baby-shako-t1606890.html)
They have a huge benefit over Shako: You look much less stupid wearing them.
But I can tell you that trades are not fast and you won't get much (read: less than Shako).
