I see several build guides that recommend using Lawbringer as the weapon due to its ability to solve the problem of physical immunes defeating the Dragon Tail mechanics. I do not see recommendations to use a Bone Break sunder as an alternative. These builds usually include a fire sunder, but never a Bone Break. Can you explain why?
Granted, both the Decrepify and Sanctuary effects from Lawbringer are nice, but it seems to me that the Bone Break would solve the physical immunity issue with Dragon Tail, while also allowing a different weapon to provide alternative effects such as crushing blow, + to MA, etc.

Or maybe Decrepify just outputs more damage.
Sunder charms set the resistance to 95% on the immunes. Decrepify affects all enemies by 50%, and even on immunes, it still lowers it by 10%.
I would say, ideally, one should use both.
Hopefully, someone more knowledgeable than myself can give us more Insight.

Looking up the Sanctuary Aura for undead monsters it ignores physical resistances and immunities, which I read to mean they are treated as being zero which is much less than the 95 from a sunder.
As most physical immunes are undead I can see why this is a good option.
