Blood Helm
Crafted with Recipe: Blood Helm, this item will always spawn with three fixed modifiers and 1-4 other random modifiers depending on the ilvl of the base item used in the recipe.
If you managed to craft this helmet with a visionary mod ("+ (1 Per Character Level) 1-99% To Attack Rating (Based On Character Level)"), 2 open sockets and a good Deadly Strike roll then you just created a Gold nugget worth many Ber. 
This item has potential to have tons of attack rating. But uses Ral rune. This recipe is overshadowed by Caster Amulet recipe.
