Can be used to make Runewords:
mana is irrelevant, so compared to an anti perfect Mara's (valued at Ist) you have same amount of res (but worse type), 11 dex instead of 5 all stats. Those 6 fcr usually don't help with any breakpoint either.
If you are lucky, a cold sorc might be desperate for cold res and pays Pul or Um for it.
