Honor
Honor is a more well-rounded, damage-focused alternative to Strength and Spirit, though finding a 5os weapon may prove more challenging than the relatively accessible bases that can accommodate those other runewords. Once 5os bases are widely available, the runes required for runewords such as Black, Hustle, Obedience, Unbending Will, or Passion would also be more widely available; nevertheless, Honor is an excellent choice for boosting a low-level melee alt's clear speed.
