Could you please tell me which item you're trying to delete, and if possible, the 'entry_id' in the page URL? That will help me narrow down the issue. I did some work on the tracker today so it's entirely possible that I broke something lol.

Looks like it's mass wide problem, I have the same troubles and wishes.
Also - it would be usefull to have a button to wipe all progress on Holy Grail, please consider.
