20S dual leech circlet, but no skills - any value?

I think this has good value and would be used by a physical bowzon. That build doesn't really benefit too much from +2 zon skills after a certain point. The bow tree ends up costing more mana but you don't get anything else. No extra

Arrows, no extra dmg, etc. Sure you get some bonuses in the passive skill tree, but its not all that phenomenal. I like the mods you've got here. Definitely do NOT

I can't find comparable items in the 'rare' category but magic 3os with 30 runwalk sell very quickly. This one has 2os BUT you get dual leech, good AR, AND very high light res. I believe 1 less socket BUT gaining those 4 extra mods is not a bad trade off.
