My 1st dropped Jah was yesterday during the regular Dkey hunting, I am so happy! (not even Nihlathak droped it, just random monster, zone was not terrorized.. I always thought IF I will find it once, it will be more complicated )
Are all the good drops from Tormented only? I mean, ive only gotten somewhat decent drops at tormented areas only and never non tormented. I used to farm act4 diablo and act5 Baal normally, I have never gotten anything good so far unless its been tormented and even then its been garbage :'d im just unlucky.
You need proof of my bad luck?
I farmed once Royal ring of grandeur (rorg) ring in d3 for 2 weeks, friend had gotten 7 of them in that time.
I had farmed for 2 months now Jetdragon in Palworld to obtain Legendary rocket launcher blueprint, it took my friend who plays with me 2 days to get it.

99% of my drops are from non-terrorized zones. You can find good stuff anywhere in hell difficulty with the exception of sunders, which may only drop in terror zones. It is possible to find a Jah rune in act 1!

RNG is a random generator and doesn't have feelings.
Chances of high-end drops in Diablo 2 are extremely unlikely. No magic, just math.
You can push your luck by:
-Increasing kill speed
-Raising magic find %
-Playing in parties or in full games, which is, in fact, a trade-off. If you kill 200% faster in solo mode than in a P8 game, solo is better. If party members are faster in grabbing loot than you, solo is better.
Last but not least, trade things you don't find. This is what most of us do.

Lazy as always, I had 10 sets of organs in my stash waiting for me to run some Ubers, and so far I've done three. My first torch is a 17/18 zon torch which isn't terrible. My 2nd torch is a 10/12 Necro torch which I hoped wasn't a sign of things to come. My third torch was a Necro torch but much better than the previous, because it's now my 4th perfect torch.

I personally am not a big fan of this item and am very glad I found a perfect Stealskull for SP farming with my Paly (I couldn't stand using a Shako with my Zealer, it just looks awful ). But it's very versatile and something nice to giveaway to new players

In a single game I was able to kill my first dclone, got an Annihilus with 19/15/10 values, and in that same game got TWO Um runes from The Countess. As I am a casual player, I need veterans to let me know how stoked I should be.

First Diablo Clone after all the struggle feels amazing, anni is average but perfectly usable.
As for the runes, while those are not jahs and bers, everyone want Um runes, super useful.
Hold off on champagne but you are allowed to crack a smile and do a fist pump.

It has a good value. But, unless you have enough gear to make a melee character, I suggest to make a caster. A Wind druid, which is a safe char, can make a good use this amulet. Melee characters, excpet a smiter paladin , are more dependant on gear and attack rating to be strong.
