I'm trying to get advice on the rune value of the Ormus' Robes I just found. Can't find anything exactly equivalent in trading histories. These would seem to be exceedingly rare.

If that price seems wrong you aren't the only one with that opinion. I tested the waters on this yesterday by starting a game to trade this and did some runs for about an hour. I was asking 15 Jah. Had 8-10 people come in who were interested. Many left as soon as they heard the ask. Several gave me a hard time saying it was worth 1 Lo or 1 Jah exclaiming I was being ridiculous. One guy even hung around near the end and really spoiled things. He felt the need to tell each new person that I was asking 15 Jah and it wasn't worth anywhere near that. One guy was very interested and tried to get me to do a trade for GG rings.
Another guy said his friend might be interested at 15 Jah and asked me to wait while he contacted him. Turns out the friend had already gotten one. Another person said they had intended to spend no more than 5 Jah.
So I'm thinking next time I'll start at 10 Jah and see if I can get anyone to bite.

The target for an item like this is people who collect perfect or near perfect rolled items. 15/15/15 with +20 def and such a high overall def roll is close enough to perfect for Ormus Robes for those collectors, since it has so many variables.
I'll just say selling a niche item like this on this particular site (or even in game) will be challenging. You would need to advertise the item appropriately to Attract the right buyer. The target buyer is NOT a random in a pub game who intends to use it.
This item won't be 'used', it will be bought, stored on a mule, and someone's grail checklist will get a tick-mark.
Perfect rolled items will command stupidly-high prices.
