I usually also explain the 'why' behind my valuations. Just forgot to with your jewel.
The level req is past 30 so the ed on your jewel rolled low. 30ed is max.
Max damage also rolled low.
Elemental damage and Increased Stamina reg are not desirable affixes on rare jewels.

I restarted D2 less that 2 months ago (HC which on my to-do since a while ) and - even if I try to read and find an answer as much as possible before posting anything - by being a "new" player I am always fearing to waste a valuable item and losing a valuable trade (which could make my life easier ).
