Ubers - Do a full set of organs have the same trade value of a full set of keys?

Do a full set of organs (

Mephisto's Brain,

Baal's Eye &

Diablo's Horn) have the same trade value of a full set of keys (3

Key of Destruction, 3

Key of Terror 3

Key of Hate)?

I'm keeping the keys to do Ubers with a specific character when I have enough free time, but to save space, I was thinking in doing the "mini ubers" with other char and keep the organs instead of the keys (3 x 18 "spaces" on the stash )

If then I decide to not try Ubers anymore, may I trade the organs set as easily as the key set?

There is no open trades for single organs right now (and the historical ones have more then 1 year...), and I find no "organs set" pseudo-item on the site (like the

3x3 Keyset for the key set)...

As a person who only recently started doing uber runs I would see organs inferior to keys as it takes part of the fun.

For stash purpose I think organs are much better than keys and I always convert them en masse.

Then again as a currency unidentified Torch would be superior to organs. Comparable to

Key set in terms of value, but i'm not 100% sure here. Let's hear somebody more experienced on that matter.

But what would make you not doing ubers once you have the organs? I never played paladin before, but simply followed smiter guide and did them suuuuper easy.

Organs aren't traded that much compared to

3x3 Keyset or unidentified

Hellfire Torch but I would value a organ set the same as a

3x3 Keyset.

I have a Fury druid that can do ubers well

But i'm not a torch hunter.
I do Ubers sporadically as a challenge for some of my "regular farm builds"

But as I'm expecting to die a few times and take some time on those tries, I need a reasonable window of full free time, which has being kinda hard with my current schedule...

Folks who purchase

Key sets (or organs in theory) more often than not do so to run for torches to get the one(s) they're after and/or to re-sell. They usually won't mind "losing part of the fun" but would instead appreciate having less actual ubering to do to get the torch. That would (in theory) make organs a bit more valuable than keys as they offer the same result but save time. Since the time saved is quite little for any decent uber runner though the extra value really wouldn't be much, if any.

All that said, organs will be harder to sell/advertise regardless. Not because of value differences but simply because of noone searching for them. The normal scenario is that some folks farm keys and some folks run ubers. The

Key farmers sell to the uber runners and that's that. Very rarely do you have folks farm keys and then run partial ubers only to sell the organs instead. As a result, noone searches for organs but everyone looks for

Key words such as 3x3 or keyset or whatever. Esp. true for ingame trading. And thanks to that, it may be a while before anyone who would be interested might even spot your trade. That's also why you're not seeing active trades for it and why an organs pseudo-item really isn't worth the implementation effort.

If you actually want to sell an organ set instead of keys, your best bet is likely to find someone who buys

Key sets in bulk and simply ask them if they'd be interested in organ sets instead/as well. Or - if you have keys left as well - make a combined trade based on those. I.e. create a trade for your keys and in the actual trade/description point out that you're not only offering xyz full

Key sets but also have xyz organ sets available.

Ah, to me this actually sound like the best approach. Most fun I will probably do that when I get bored of hitting everybody in the face with glowing shield.

Sounds like keeping keys/organs is the win here. Once you finally get time I would see running ubers more pleasure than some "pesky Jahs" in your stash:D
Especially since you said yourfself: your time here is the what's valueable. Why give away fruits of your farming


And if holding to currency value is big matter then as I implied earlier I would just sell unid torches after all of that.
I myself identify each one, but I'm ok with being on losing end. I'm closing to one hundred and I think I'm net negative.

I don't usually look for organs as I enjoy running the entier ubers event. Every so often, I'll disconnect and need to buy a specific organ to complete my set. With that said, I agree with the advice given above. Reach out to people looking for keys before hand and set something up for piece of mind.

selfish plug: I could be one of those people

A set of organs takes up 6 times as little space in stash as a set of keys, thus making the former more valuable than the latter to me.

Price is based on supply and demand.

Organset is more valuable than keyset because there are few people looking for it and/so there are few people sell it.
Buyers are willing to pay more than keyset.

You can keep some Organsets in your stash but be ware that they may take a long time to find a buyer.
