Can be used to make Runewords:
It's missing two sockets but still a decent Circlet for a physical bowazon. Not sure about the value.
Atari it's on Shadow Disciplines for Sin ?

I know but IMHO sin needs traps or martial arts not shadow. For Bowazon skills aren't that important but frw, str, visio mod and ml are good. But it's missing the most important one: 2 sockets.
Thanks for the feedback, guys. I was kind of leaning toward this being useful for PVP, though without the two sockets, I'm not sure what that will do to assassins and their attack speed breakpoints.
For pvp, it need gg item.
