Tal Rasha's Tomb is one of the best Terror Zones for leveling, as one can quickly move from one tomb to the next, and false tombs have a good elite pack density.
"There, deep within one of the largest tombs, the Horadrim built a binding Stone etched with runes of containment, held fast to the chambers walls by unbreakable chains.
