Any thoughts on the below much appreciated (SCNL)

+2 Assassin Skill Levels
+7 Min Dmg
+16 Dex
+15 AllRes
+24 Fire Res

Without FCR I doubt it's worth terribly much.

Shako for example would be superior in practically every use case.
39 total fire res is a good bit, though.

Good for self-use to level up if you need res but no trade value without fcr.
