Cheap, easy to obtain, and rather powerful
Wand in summoner's arsenal. Opened
Decrepify skill allows to reallocate skill points invested - perhaps resulting in regular usage of
Decrepify without spending 4 hard skill points to get access to it, which is a common trick.

Great early
Wand (l28) with +2 skills, FCR and extra mana. It can survive most of Nightmare until a Spirit can be crafted (I sometimes hate runewords replacing original found uniques like this).
