The best Necromancer shield by far. It's possible with this shield a necro reach 75% chance of blocking and reduce the points spend on strength if uses it instead of a
Monarch.

Can be BIS for a summon necro. The only disadvantage of this shield is the lack of FCR. For a Bone necro a
Darkforce Spawn with +3 to poison and Bone skills can be better.
