Once you beat nightmare you can run nightmare TZs to level and collect runes. Then all you need is any 3os base to make a Mosaic. This might sound a little off but I added a pair of Dracs to my sin she hasn't had a single Death since. I will even say that Dracs might even work better on my sin than on my Paladin.

Well, ever since the sin finisher never-miss changes, they're basically the same as

Smite so far as drac's is concerned except

Smite is capped at 6 frames whereas talon gets down to 3+7, meaning a sin gets significantly more hits within the same timeframe and hence a significantly improved proc chance for drac's in that same timeframe. Plus the gap between heals is smaller (literally half) on all but the last kick in each cycle, meaning the "time to possibly die in between heals" is massively reduced.

So...yeah, drac's is indeed ridiculously better on a Mosaic sin as compared to a smiter.

And even ignoring that, a sin also gets to actually make use of the flat life steal on drac's which a smiter does not.

Drac's isn't just significantly better for them it is also significantly less needed on top of that, thanks to normal leech working for them and even if you don't have any of that, thanks to cobra leech just being insane.

I rather like drac's on Mosaic sins as well. Just an added buffer in case something ever does go wrong (right...) or if you're flat out too lazy to

Yeah,

Talic's whirlwinding can really screw you over. If he puts you into hit recovery then you're basically dead as he keeps whirling through you, unless you have a tonne of HP and/or damage reduction.
