Can be used to make Runewords:
No FCR and mf is low. I would say like a low-mid Mara's Kaleidoscope.
hey thanks for replying. i figured it would either be fcr or fhr that held it back but i wasnt sure which one cause i dont really play paladins. i would love to find an amazon version of that but with dex and mana steal instead of str and life
Usually if there is no fcr, a Mara or a Highlord's Wrath will be better for most characters.
Main: Necromancer / Second: Assassin / Third: Amazon / Check my stash, my crafts and my many cheap Annihilus
