Just press (left) Shift+Win+S keys on KB and select the area you want to SS. Then ctrl +V in trade/forum. Dont even have to have the snipping app in taskbar. And on topic, after about 4-7 months my first Ber dropped. With my luck and without trading, I wouldn't be near anything concrete in runewords...

On topic, recently got another Shako to add to my collection, from Hell Baal. Normally he drops absolutely nothing for me, pretty much across the board.
Early today I did 6 runs on Nilathak and he dropped me a Ber, and I just did 9 runs and he dropped me a Lo. I have never had two high rune drop from Nil in a day before let alone two in a few short minutes.
After the good fortune I had with two previous short runs, I decided it was time to do another. That's the thing about humans, a few bouts of good luck often leads us into a Pattern of magical thinking. Sadly no high runs on my third run, but I did finally get a Key drop.
