Description

Thunderstroke is often used to quickly defeat bosses using Charged Strikes, due to the added Lightning damage and reduced enemy Lightning resistance. It's also preferred over
Titan's Revenge in player vs. player scenarios.

It's not very useful in general PvM scenarios, as it has a low stack size and lacks the self replenishing effect that is found on other items, such as
Titan's Revenge.

Arguably even better weapon is a "6/40" (+6 javelin skills, +40% IAS) magic Amazon javelin.

It should be noted that the -15% to Enemy Lightning Resist of
Thunderstroke pairs well with the sundering property of
Crack of the Heavens, particularly when Infinity,
Griffon's Eye, and/or Rainbow Facets are not already in use.
