The 1.11 Amazon body armor runeword, Peace is a potent asset to "caster" Amazons, such as those specializing in Frozen Arrow,
Immolation Arrow, and
Lightning Fury. It utilizes common runes made available via
The Countess to any Nightmare-level character, making it a reliably-available progression piece for such builds.

Peace is somewhat lacking in defensive attributes, but compensates for that shortfall by providing an incredibly durable distraction in the form of a level 15
Valkyrie.

Peace is of limited value to non-Amazons, as the ranged combatants that might otherwise appreciate a
Valkyrie would be unlikely to manage summoning one.

Valkyrie or using items with + to
Valkyrie. Like Harmony. Will keep the
Valkyrie from de-spawning.

Valkyrie now will not de-spawn if you remove the armour, even if you have zero points in
Valkyrie. This makes for a great rune word to keep in your stash to use when you join a game - put it on, kill some low level mobs until you have a
Valkyrie, then switch to your normal armour

This armor is a lot better than it looks on paper! Besides having a basically permanent valk that you never have to cast, plus 2 to all amazon skills and plus 2 to
Critical Strike helps so much, particularly in the passive and magic tab. The higher chances to
Dodge attacks, attack rating boost and everything makes it a really great underrated armor.

Basically ran this on my Bowazon with various 3 socket finds through Nightmare and Hell - It's cheap to create (granted
Shael can be a PITA to find / make at times) and 3OS armours come by reasonably often enough for you to 'upgrade' and make a newer model.

The 2% to
Valkyrie is deceiving, and is practically perma-valk if you're running
Strafe skill as a main attack.

+2 to all your skills means just 1 point on something brings it up a gear, for instance
Decoy - giving mobs x3 targets (valk, merc,
Decoy) to get through - by which time you've hit them with so many
Arrows they're already done.

Cheap & amazing pre-buff to take the heat off melee characters. Doesn't quite close the gap between melee vs casters, but every little bit of crowd control helps - especially for hardcore
