Show a printscreen , because if its plain rare or just a magic one its not worth much since a 30frw/3os would be better and they are only worth 3 Jah on current market unless Diadem.
Also if its a rare Circlet and have a mod like minimum damage or maximum damage its technically useless due to the ed and min max dmg bug where the ED from your 40/15s will not apply. (This is also the only jewel you will use).

No Valkyrie's Circlet/ Coronet/ Diadem of Speed with 2 sockets in the price history but there is a Valkyrie's Tiara of Speed with two sockets sold for Sur+ Ohm nearly two years ago:

Is it hardcore or softcore? Since hardcore market isn't flooded with high runes like softcore you can expect a lot less in hardcore compared to softcore.
