I'm sorry I somehow missed the title and I should have mentioned that my response is for normal pvm gameplay. For pvp you should wait for other responses. AFAIK low level dueling is lvl 30 and you want +2 to a skill class as well as much life. For lvl 30, it's either +1 all (e.g for assassin) or +2 to 1 tab (typically sorcs). Dont remember for Visio mod.
I think below it's level 9 but there may be also 18 too, not sure that one makes the cut anyway.
