The % indicates how often a strike will be a crushing blow. If 100% of your hits are crushing blows, any more has no effect.

True, depending on your attack speed. I did a little experiment where I dropped from 105% (100%) to 70% by removing G-Face and replacing it with a two socket Helm plugged with two 15% IAS Jewels. The 70% with the Jewels killed D-Clone much faster.Nate2.0 wrote: 1 year ago No.
