News soon. Season will be toward end of Sept.
No info about a PTR or anything, I wouldn't hold my breath but I suppose we'll see soon. Still nice to finally get some word though, too bad they don't post this stuff on the official forums. :\

I wouldn’t expect really any changes in this specific season. We are going to adjust the start date by a few hours which will be noted in the blog.

IIRC reset is usually on a thursday so 21st or 28th of september should be the date.

The 3-4 week wait suggests that there might be a ptr and a bigger patch. But it was also apparently not a high priority to tell us the next ladder would start a month late, so maybe I'm being too hopeful

I was less worried and more disappointed. Kept thinking "Oh, four is out so now they've completely abandoned two." kind of thing.

This is probably still true. Because the bigger the cow, the harder they will milk it... And D2R is a small cow, I'm afraid.

Can trade on PC and PlayStation.

Don't worry, Blizz doesn't play favorites. They've seemingly abandoned all Diablo games, including 2 and 4.

Well, except for the $20ish-per-typically-minor-adjustment-to-existing-armor-sets transmog shop that is..that still gets daily updates. /sigh

d4 IS now on the (digital) discount racks!

UNIMAGINABLE !

Expect slower response as i'm moving on to POE2

While the snow remains,
veiled in the haze of evening,
a cold leafless branch.
Flowers are only flowers because they fall,
but thankfully the Wind.

That and already the first "please, play our game! - here's 25% extra xp/gold to bribe you!" event.
Doesn't exactly smell of success. Not that that's surprising.

No changes, RIP. Gotta focus the dev power on the D4 cash cow I suppose.

Hardly surprising, but good news. They can't F anything up if the Blizzard clown show doesn't alter anything.

I wasn't expecting much, but no changes at all would be disappointing.

Disappointing. Without any changes there is no point in the reset.

Altering this game is a fine line... I've seen some people say they should incorporate Maps from PD2 / PoE. I feel like this will completely change in-game incentives in a way I don't want

(new runewords would be cool though...)

UPDATE THE OG UNIQUES &/Or SETS FFS BLIZZ.

NO NEED TO INTRODUCE MORE RWS.

k gotta get that out there.

Expect slower response as i'm moving on to POE2
