If you filter for non-superior, non-ethereal, no sockets and perfect roll you get:

For hc there are not many sales but if you filter for hc and 4 sockets you see two with 45 all res:

I sold a

Vortex Shield with 45 all res for

Vex in hc nl:

In my opinion

Sacred Targe is the better base so I personally wouldn't sell it for less than
