I would think your first lvl15 is replaced by the second lvl15 summoned. I would highly doubt that they stack.

You're referring to the Peace armor runeword. Each time you hear your valk cry out, and you'll hear it a lot, then your Level 15 Valk from skill points is being replaced by your Peace armor Valk, but they do not stack to give you a level 30 Valk.
