Tri res high and fhr is nice. Mf + auto-repair on Eth does not hurt.
You only miss what could be the most important : faster run walk. Therefore, this can be only for Teleporting classes : Sorc, hammerdin or summoner with Enigma.
The fact that fire res is not here is annoying, as most of the above will use Spirit, which misses that one, but still this is valuable - less in hardcore but still. My bet would be around Vex-Ohm.
