Probably no value unfortunately. No IAS and passive and magic skills aren't desired when java/bow skill gloves exist.
If you manage to find the extremely rare player that is doing a "passivezon" build challenge, you might be able to get a little something out of it, but I personally wouldn't waste my weeks trying to find that person.
