IMHO no value.
Arreat's Face is pretty good for most builds and for singer or support you want +3
War Cry or +3
Battle Orders and +3 all warcrys.

I've no idea about pvp builds but I would guess you want +3 to a combat skill like
Frenzy or
Concentrate or whatever skill is used as a main attack in addition to high life.
