Trires MF Boots

Unfortunatelly rolled badly on lightning res, but feeling kinda decent about everything else (softcore ladder). What do you think?

Probably the 6 best affixes possible (PvP would prefer Dex or Str or Rep life over MF though), 30/10 is perfect, 3 res is great. Too bad indeed for the light res, but for me this is top range

Has to be crafted in PvP vs cold sorcs you use 30/10/35+ cold res and 7-12 life rep (Rare can only spawn 5 rep), vs trapsins its the same but lightning res, I don't know about mf

Boots since I find them useless but I've seen tri res one with 30frw/35/35/35/25mf sell for 4000fg wich is the equivelant of 22

Jah seems reaosnible for dual res might even get a little more now due to sunder charms, they look dope for a cold sorc or fire, exept most would use infernostrides.
