Description

Spire of Lazarus is a staff designed for lightning sorceresses.

It substantially boosts the wielder's mana and its regeneration, which are nice bonuses, as lightning spells consume quite a lot of mana.

However, the lack of FCR, as well as being two-handed, diminish its uses to early game only, until a better alternative is found.
