Hello can anybody tell me everything about the trades?
I don't know what ppl mean by 16/18/10 and things like that
also WUG and all these slangs .. I played diablo like 15 years ago but i was always a Single Player person never on Battle net due to sh*tty internet back then

I found in the early days that people were patient enough here, if you don't understand something on a specific trade then just ask. Normal English still works.

Not sure about the forum rules regarding linking other D2 pages, so maybe lets say it like this: If you google "diablo 2 trade abbreviations" you will find as first match a decent page with most of the common item and skill abbreviations, as well as some trading specific ones (e.g. WUG = What you got?)

When talking about ingame trading be aware that there are some differences between the servers. While US mostly refers with "script" to read the description on EU the same term is "read" or commonly "R". Same goes for offers. US mostly refers with FT (for trade) or "item x 4 rune y" while EU mostly uses "O item x N rune y" which means offer item x need rune y.

You will get used to quite fast, just watch out that you dont get scammed in Bnet. Never drop iems for a trade and always look twice in the trade window if the entered item is really what you want (some ppl try to exchange items with look alikes)
