Im playing with a Barbarian (Offline mode) following a tutorial that leads me to Fara soon as i reach Act2 and try to buy a Flail (3 os) in order to make Runeword Malice.
The problem is that i reseted the Npc like 20x and i saw no Flail availible once...
So my question is: Did Fara (Act2 Normal) sell Flails at all?

You need to be at least cLvl 14 to have flails appear in Fara's inventory. If you already meet that requirement, then you just have to keep resetting.
