Can be used to make Runewords:
If I understand correctly, for LLD it's all about stats : STR, DEX, life, mana...
It's not bad, but I believe some magic jewels will be better just for ar / damage.
I am no LLD expert though so feel free to wait for a second advice.

Due to the ed/dmg bug. Such jewel should only put into weapon?

In armor a str xx max and min dmg is bugged into ”adds damage” a ed max or min dmg would remove the ed from jewels and make them not apply.
