Rare Ring (Plague Eye)

Anyone have any idea if this guy is worth anything? I know it would be better if it had some resists or dual leech but still came out pretty good.

5% Bonus to Attack Rating
+113 Attack Ratting
6% Mana Stolen Per Hit
23% Better Chance of Getting Magic Items
+5 To Light Radius
