Can be used to make Runewords:
The level 29 one has value regardless of dueling, maybe up in the Ist- Ohm range. Ohm feels slightly high though with the light res below 20. Ist is too low for sure. Some combination of Ist + Vex is in the ballpark.
The level 18 is probably vendorable. gl

Tip for selling: Don't call it "some resist." The meaningful value is "47 total resist" (sum of the two individual rolls).

All prices negotiable. BIN always wins. Americas (Pacific), but int'l trade times can be arranged.
Thanks for the info and tip. I list out the stats individually when selling individually. It was just a quick way to list that the rings were FCR and has resist.
