Javazon diadems?

Hey y’all, I’m playing with my javazon (wow she kills everything so fast)

Anyways right now she’s got a

Shako on for mf, but for pure damage would a lancer’s

Diadem of speed with 2 p facets or a griffons be bis?

Like the griffons has more -en res, but that’s about it, fcr doesn’t help the zon, and only +1 skill is peanuts compared to the 3 on the magic one, plus run/walk is so useful, or am I wrong?

She runs with Enigma, near perfect t strokes, +3/20 gloves, all the standard Java gear. Merc is a freezing aura with Infinity, fort and Andy’s.

Griffon's Eye socketed with a 5/5 Rainbow Facet is BiS, isn't it? A perfect one would then have -25% enemy lightning resistance and +20% lightning skill damage, and that should make up for the fewer +skills. Maybe? I haven't run any numbers, but Schnorki will probably be here soon to confirm/deny what's best

FCR helps with the Enigma teleporting which is inherently godawfully slow on a zon.

And since zons have neither -res nor +%dmg built in like a sorc/conv pally does, their gain from both the dmg and -res on griffs is quite glorious.

So yeah..griffon's hands down.

Also, mockingbird is correct. +3 jav doesn't happen on diadems. Best you can get as an alternative there is +2 zon.

Ah gotcha, I misread the prefix page.

So magic circlets aren’t a thing for javazons, I guess until a griffons drops for me I’ll be gambling for rare circlets with +2 Amazon, frw, all res and some open sockets…we’ll see which come first!

I don't know why.

Imo. It helps balancing builds.
Javazon can already get +9 to her skills tab using weapons and gloves (+6 from

Javelin and +3 from gloves).

Execept javazon, only bowazon, passive and magic, martial arts can get +3 to skills tab from gloves. But builds that use thoses skills tabs don't need +skills.

Also before putting a 5/5 in a griffons, check your IAS breakpoints. A lot of builds require a 15% IAS jewel in

Helm to get to next breakpoint, and I prefer that over the 5/5 for my PvM javazon.

My favorite choice of jewel for my Java's Griffon's is: 15%IAS / +3 Mana after Kill

I am also farming for a

Griffon's Eye. Been farming for over 5 months, no luck so far. Not even on the "unlimited gambling" days.

My java is wearing this one, it misses IAS but it's not bad at all.
