9% Life stolen per hit
Repairs 1 durability in 33 sec.
Etheral
And last but not least, 1 socket.

Any thoughts on how to value this? Dunno if lvl 48 = low level requirement though..

I can report that this
Axe sold for 4 bers. 40ias would've pulled it up way more.
