I'm not really sure about these
Boots. "These
Boots are made for walking..." Yeah I like music :)

Anyway,

I know they lack FRW.
But the resistances are quite nice, 20MF and half freeze duration.

Tri res is fire/cold/lighting just fyi. Poison's generally not considered a resist (I know it is but for sales purposes no)

These are
Charsi unfortunately as dual res but you're right on about the mf+hfd+30frw+possibly 10fhr.

As is if it was a true tri-stat you'd fetch at least a
Ber.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I had doubts about the poison res, not my favorite one usually either.

Hmmm, would not consider them Charsifood.

For PvM, res are :
Light > Fire > Cold > Poison

For PvP, res are :
Cold > Light / Fire / Poison due to cold sorcs

However, Poison is a res, usually the least important but still.

As for your
Boots, they won't reach
Ber, I believe, but my guess would be between
Ist and
Lo.
