Found that Sacred Targe with skill + blockrate + chance of block, but I'm absolutly clueless in regards of paladin items.

Can be used to make Runewords:
Paladins usually have Herald Of Zakarum or a runeword like Phoenix, Exile, Rhyme, Sanctuary or Spirit in an elite base with all res. With Holy Shield you also normally don't need increased block chance or faster block rate on your shield. I don't think your rare has any trade value.
