When looking at Rare Circlet's with +2 skills, what stats should I be looking for? I know the basics as 2/20FCR maybe some all res or FHR but what is considered a good amount on each? What other stats could be good? are 2/20 the only circlets worth anything?
Was is the general price for cheaper ones also (I know this goes in price check) as I'm trying to find some for Druid and Necro atm.

So the biggest thing to look for is the faster cast rate, if it has 2 skills, but no fcr you can bet a Shako, class Helm or another unique will be more valuable. Fcr goes up to 20. These are know as “2/20s”
The extra stats on a 2/20 really depend on who’s going to use them, almost everything has a niche, but here’s what I look for:
- Teleport charges
-All res (up to 20 I think)
-strength (can roll up to 20 I think maybe more, below 10 is meh)
-run/walk (up to 20)
-2 sockets, (if it comes naturally with only 1 I consider it a waste, as Larzuk will punch hole in it too)
-mf
-other rare stats, like ed, damage reduced by/magic damage reduced by
For your Druid though, I’d bet the pelts would be better (unless you get all perfect rolls).

Str and frw can go to 30 if I am right.
Nice list Nate.
The more of this you have, the higher it goes.
Recently a 2/20/30frw/12@res necro went for 10 Ber. A low 2/20 is more in the Pul-Ist range.
Teleport charges are probably the only ones having value - but not much, people needing it will eventually get Enigma.
Thanks, I'm not worried about the FRW and something worth more than maybe a lower HR is out of reach and probably overkill. Thanks for the info, I'll try to find a 2/20 with some all res or life or something. Or maybe I'll get really lucky with a gamble. Also still need an ammy 2/10+ so it may still be a bit.

As for ammys 2/10 are accessible, more than 10 is expensive and 2/20 are really high (start price around 2 Ber for necros).
With some various runs a 2/20 Circlet and a 2/10 amulet should be workable for necros, for which prices are usually average. Druids should be even less expensive but also with less choice.
Good luck !

I usually prefer HP over attributes personally. Amulets go to 60 HP I believe (dunno about circlets); it's usually more effective than attributes that would indirectly become vitality.
+ 2 skills
+ 2 open sockets
+ 1% AR/Lv
+ all resistances
+ specific resistance
+ 20% faster cast rate
+ 30% faster run/walk
+ strength, dexterity
+ life, mana
+10% faster hit recovery
+ life, mana leech
You should check if the Helm is better than other unique helms (Arreat's, Jalal, Andy face, etc).
For that reason, Javazon will almost always use Griffon. A good javazon Circlet should be sold ~Ist/Gul or less.
Also, you should know what a build wants.
For example:
Bowazon will walk more than Teleport (her FCR is awful) so FRW is better than FCR.
AR/Lv, dex are always wanted for melee.
Bowazon consume so much mana that mana leech is useful.
2os is always useful for any build.
Ranged attack doesn't care much about resistance and FHR
