Without something special like fcr you can simply use Harlequin Crest or Andariel's Visage which are available for Ist or less. The second one has frw but pala is the class which needs it the least. I would say Lem/ Pul for these two.

2/20 with res is always nice. This one misses a 5th and 6th affix and light res could be higher but it's still probably worth ~ Ist.

+2 skills and 20 fcr are good but the rest is pretty crap. I would say Fal/ Lem or some Perfect Gems.

2 skills and 30% frw are nice for amazons while str and all res could be higher but are OK. On the other side mana isn't that useful, no 6th affix and your missing other good affixes like life leech or two sockets. IMHO ~ Pul.
