Are you still in the game? Have you checked multiple super unique locations? Sometimes you don't find him at whatever place you go first (hasn't happened to me, but I've heard accounts of this).

Asia SC NL at 2/6
EU NL 3/6
Looks like 1/6 (gazes) to me when I just checked. Been very buggy/inaccurate today, especially on EU.
EU NL status is not quite certain. A few hours ago, some see it as 3/6, yet others see it as 1/6. I am seeing 3/6.
Clone hunters discord seems to think the next walk (in 45 minutes) will be SC NL Asia
There are TWO SCNL (nonladder) walks coming up!
The first one is in ~27 minutes, region will be Asia. That is Asia SCNL in 27 minutes.
The second one is the one listed above as a planned walk, in about 1:27, probably Asia (not 100% confirmed yet).

I'm still not sure if the region is confirmed for the next walk.
Either way, the EU NL status is bugged and showing 1/6 or 3/6 for different people. Who knows what would happen if they choose EU for the walk...
EDIT: Also, I think Korean streamers are kind of wary of spawning on EU regardless, because they did that early ladder and that apparently tanked the EU servers so bad the realm basically crashed from the influx of off-region players...

EU might not really be 3/6. Some people see 1/6 other 3/6.

They actually did that on both, EU and Americas.
