Close, but unfortunately you're not sitting on a bunch of Ber runes there. No +skills, no sockets, and the +AR affix is not the Fool's mod. That last one doesn't matter as much, it's really the no skills/sockets that reduces value. I'm not sure you'd get a buyer for damage alone; there are better options just from runewords.
